Cut AI waste.
Small businesses pay for AI through tools, models, workflows, and habits. We find the waste, fix what is practical, and align our fee with verified savings.
01.1.
What we reduce.
AI costs usually do not come from one obvious place. They build up across the way the business uses AI.
- Subscriptions and tools that overlap, sit unused, or do not fit the work anymore
- API and model usage that costs more than the task requires
- Prompts, agents, and workflows that spend too much to get the same result
- Manual habits around AI that create repeat work instead of saving time
- Unnecessary complexity that makes AI harder to operate and easier to overspend on
We use the practical lever that fits: technical changes, workflow changes, vendor cleanup, or simpler operating rules.
01.2.
How a project goes.
An inquiry, then a short conversation about your business and how AI is actually being used.
A lightweight audit: where the money is going, what looks wasteful, and which changes are worth making.
A scoped implementation plan: what we will change, how savings will be measured, and what should stay untouched.
Implementation, then a savings review against the agreed baseline.
01.3.
Cost & savings.
We do not publish prices. The point of this service is alignment: if we reduce AI costs, the business should keep the larger share of the savings.
Before implementation, we agree on a baseline. After implementation, we compare actual spend against that baseline and tie our fee to verified savings.
No public formula. No percentage posted on the site. The structure is scoped to the business, the spend, and the changes that are practical to make.
What an inquiry should include
Describe the business, how you use AI, and what AI is practically doing for you in normal language. No invoices, logs, detailed usage reports, or developer notes needed up front. We can get into the details on a scheduled call.
